Frank is a Chartered (UK) patent attorney with particular experience in patents related to electronics and medical technologies.

He specialises in drafting and prosecuting applications related to artificial intelligence, software, semiconductors, telecommunications, antennas, and medical devices.

Frank was with the Marks & Clerk Hong Kong Office from 2012 to 2023, during which his practice included patent drafting, prosecution, portfolio management, due diligence, and opinion work for clients based in Asia. He relocated to the London office in 2023.

Prior to joining the profession, Frank graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor degree in biomedical engineering and a master (MPhil) degree in electrical and electronics engineering focusing on high field MRI research.
