AI Governance

AI governance is how an organisation sets the policies, principles and controls that keep its used of AI responsible, safe and accountable.

We help you make AI governance practical. We help companies draft usable AI policies, craft their responsible AI principles or design a multi-stakeholder risk assessment process. We know AI governance doesn't stop at deployment, so we help companies work out how to adapt their governance programmes to respond to a rapidly changing technological and legal landscape. AI Vendor Contracts and Liability

AI vendor contracts set out who is responsible when an AI tool is bought, supplied or built into a wider service, and where the liability sits if something goes wrong.

We structure and negotiate the agreements that determine who is responsible for AI tools and we help our clients understand where any future risk of liability might sit across the supply chain.

Data Privacy

Data privacy laws set out how organisations must handle personal information lawfully, fairly and securely and what they must do when something goes wrong, such as a breach.

Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity is the protection of systems, networks and information from unauthorised access, disruption and attack.

We help you prepare for, respond to and recover from cybersecurity incidents and comply with cyber related law. We work with partners across the cybersecurity industry to deliver services which are both legal and technical.
