Our Beijing office was established in 1994 by Lloyd Wise, which merged with Marks & Clerk in 2007. Our Chinese office is one of the oldest local offices of an international firm in China, with an enviable reputation for quality and trustworthy advice on China-related intellectual property matters.

We have a multilingual team of specialists, qualified and experienced in both intellectual property law and various technology disciplines across contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
