Overview & Experience

Adam is a Senior Associate based in London. He advises on all aspects of brand protection and enforcement, with a particular focus on contentious trade mark matters. Adam works with clients across a range of sectors, with a specific focus in the Space, Fashion & Retail, and Creative Industries, in particular the gaming and animation sectors.

His practice centres on managing disputes, including trade mark oppositions, post-registration challenges and settlement negotiations. He works with clients to reach commercially appropriate outcomes, and advises on related enforcement issues such as online takedown procedures and domain name disputes.

In addition to contentious work, his practice also includes advising clients on all aspects of trade mark protection, design protection and portfolio management, such as providing pre-filing advice, clearance searching and prosecuting of trade mark applications internationally.

He is a Registered and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (UK), qualifying in 2021.
