Tech Climbers is on a mission to highlight trailblazing tech start-ups and scale-ups through the publicised main list, connecting them with partners that can offer expertise, funding or support towards their growth. The list strives to put Greater Manchester on the map as a highly investable, global tech location. 

Since 2019, Tech Climbers has delivered successful campaigns across Liverpool, Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, and as a result the region has gained significant traction from investors and entrepreneurs. 2024 is Tech Climbers’ second year in the Greater Manchester, and it promises to be the most fruitful one yet.

Prior to joining Marks & Clerk in September 2018 as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney, Matthew worked as a Solicitor in private practice from 2008 to 2016.

Alex is a Trainee Patent Attorney working in the Marks & Clerk Manchester office. He works within the Software and Electronics team, assisting with the prosecution of patent applications.
