He advises clients on the selection, protection, exploitation and enforcement of brands worldwide. His practice covers international trade mark clearance, the development of filing strategies, and the execution of global filing programmes. He is also regularly involved in contentious proceedings before the UKIPO. His experience in these areas enables him to provide commercially focused, practical guidance to clients operating in evolving and complex markets.
