Summer Student

Are you a 1L or 2L student looking for a summer opportunity, in which you will be able to apply your unique technical expertise in real-world matters at the cutting edge of technology, innovation and IP? 

A summer role at Marks & Clerk offers valuable hands-on experience working on client matters related to securing and enforcing intellectual property rights, mentorship opportunities and exposure to various aspects of our IP practice. 

Articling Student

Are you looking to gain real-world IP experience with industry experts? Our articling students use their technical and legal education to gain practical and professional experience working alongside a talented team of IP professionals.

Associate

We are always looking for talented, ambitious lawyers who are passionate about Intellectual Property and working with clients to protect, maximize and enforce their Intellectual Property rights.
