With the Conservative Party having won a definitive majority in the December 2019 general election, and the EU Withdrawal Bill having been passed by the UK Parliament, the UK will now formally leave the EU on 31 January 2020. Our Brexit team look at how Britain's changing relationship with the EU will impact key forms of intellectual property, including patents, trade marks and designs.
