Having transitioned from a career in MedTech research and entrepreneurship, Mitasha brings a wealth of experience to her current role in intellectual property. With a background in molecular biology, she understands the challenges faced by inventors in protecting their intellectual property and recognises the significance of intellectual property rights in commercialisation.
During her time as a molecular biologist, Mitasha developed diagnostic tests aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life. Subsequently, she thrived in the MedTech space, successfully bringing a new diagnostic test to market.
Now, as a trainee patent attorney, Mitasha is able to merge her passion for innovation and entrepreneurship with her legal expertise. Transitioning from patient to patent, she is committed to learning and growing in her role.
