Her technical background is rooted in biotechnology, molecular biology and biophysics. She holds a PhD in Biophysics from ETH Zurich, with earlier academic training in biotechnology and molecular biology, and has undertaken postdoctoral research roles in Switzerland and the Netherlands. This scientific foundation supports her work on inventions requiring detailed technical understanding.
