Her work includes trade mark prosecution, enforcement, assignments, clearance, filing strategies and portfolio management. She assists clients in navigating trade mark protection and enforcement across multiple jurisdictions, providing practical and structured advice.

Marcela actively contributes to the firm’s Entertainment & Creative Industries sector group. She is a Registered and Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney, holds a postgraduate certificate in Intellectual Property, and is a fully qualified Brazilian lawyer. She works in both Portuguese and English.
