Janice Morrison is a Senior Associate in Marks & Clerk’s Edinburgh office. She joined the firm in 2007 and qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2010.
Janice specialises exclusively in trade marks, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her experience includes worldwide portfolio management, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, handling oppositions and cancellation actions, and coordinating the recordal of assignments on an international basis.
She works with a diverse range of UK and international clients across sectors including food and beverages, fashion and retail, medical technology, energy and software. Her experience in these areas supports the delivery of practical, commercially focused advice aligned with clients’ brand protection strategies.
Janice holds an honours degree in Modern Languages from the University of Glasgow and has a working knowledge of French, German and Spanish.
