Harry Press is a trainee patent attorney based in the Birmingham office of Marks & Clerk. He joined the firm in 2023.

Harry supports clients with patent drafting and prosecution, as well as freedom to operate and design protection matters. His work focuses on helping clients protect and assess their innovation within relevant commercial and technical contexts.

He holds a first class BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham (2023). His academic work included a dissertation on the design and fabrication of 3D printed terahertz metalens antennas, providing a foundation in advanced electromagnetic and materials technologies.
