Emma joined Marks & Clerk, in 2023 as the firm’s Client Support Manager, based in London. Emma’s focus is client development, relationship management and service delivery. Working alongside the firm’s partners, she provides dedicated relationship management support. Emma liaises with attorneys, the various internal departments and business service teams to uphold excellence in client care and support the firm's growth areas.
Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Emma previously worked for over a decade as a Senior Client Manager specialising in program management in the SaaS/Software solutions sector. Responsible for client relationships and operations in EMEA, she routinely managed the time critical implementation of solutions along with the framework for ongoing functionality and process development.
Emma cultivated knowledge to understand the diverse needs of multiple client stakeholders, ensuring the solutions delivered added value to those individuals and the overall requirements of the business. As a champion of best practice and collaboration, Emma developed steadfast relationships with individual clients and became a trusted source of expertise for the organisations she worked with.
