Kirsten is a Partner and Head of Brand Exploitation, Protection and TM Litigation UK at Marks & Clerk Law. Kirsten advises in a broad range of sectors including food & drink, financial services, pharmaceuticals, fashion and creative industries.

Inès is a French “Conseil en Propriété Industrielle” and a Luxembourg Trademark & Design Attorney representing in Benelux, as well as an EUIPO Professional, active in Intellectual Property law since 2016. She also obtained the CCDL in Luxembourg. Inès advises clients from various industries and geographies, ranging from start-ups to multinational companies.

Julie is a Qualified Trade Mark Attorney who assists clients with trade mark clearance, brand strategy, prosecution and enforcement. She acts for a broad range of clients – mostly based in Scotland, with a particular focus within the Food & Drink, Fashion and Healthcare industries.
