Canadian partners, Amrita V. Singh and Catherine (Cat) Lovrics will participate as instructors in the 2023 Intellectual Property Institute of Canada/McGill University summer IP courses.
These courses will be offered in person at McGill University in Montreal between July 10 – 26. Participants will gain knowledge of specific aspects of IP, acquire the insights needed to protect a portfolio of intellectual property, and/or advance their careers in the area of IP law.
Amrita will be teaching the ‘Overview of Trademark Litigation in Canada – Infringement, Passing Off & Depreciation of Goodwill’ class on July 13, as part of Module 2, and Cat will teach the ‘Social Media, Virtual & Augmented Reality, and Video Games’ class in the copyright course on July 26th.
