Canadian Bar Association Intellectual Property Day 2026
Alexis Vaughan, associate from our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team and Robert McNaughton, associate from our Trademarks team will be attending the Canadian Bar Association Intellectual Property day in Ottawa, Canada. They will also be attending the Federal Courts Judges' Dinner in the evening.
The CBA’s IP Day brings together intellectual property professionals from across Canada and is a unique opportunity for members of the bench, regulators and the IP bar to engage in an open exchange of ideas and debate and to learn from engaging speakers in a series of expert panels, on topics and emerging issues in IP.

Robert is an Associate/Barrister and Solicitor with Marks & Clerk Canada. His practice focuses on trademark portfolio management, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing and transactions. He also practices in the areas of copyright and digital media, as well as regulatory, advertising and marketing law.
