His practice centres on disputes in the high tech, engineering, medical devices, electronics, software and TMT sectors, complemented by significant experience in life sciences patents and SPC related issues. I act in contentious matters before the High Court, Court of Appeal, IPEC and the Unified Patent Court (UPC), advising clients on the full lifecycle of patent disputes and multi jurisdictional enforcement strategies.
