Tia Ilana Acheampong is an intellectual property disputes paralegal with experience supporting clients across the technology, creative, retail and life sciences sectors. Her practice includes commercial contracts, IP protection and enforcement, and dispute resolution. Tia has experience supporting fee earners on contentious IP matters, including supporting fee earners on contentious IP matters, assisting with evidence gathering, drafting and case preparation for litigation and arbitration.

She regularly works with international teams on multi-jurisdictional issues and has supported matters involving parties in the United States, Europe and Asia. Her experience in these areas helps ensure matters are progressed efficiently and with careful attention to procedural and evidential requirements. Alongside her legal work, Tia has professional experience as an art director and filmmaker, with films recognised at international festivals. Combined with her technical proficiency in Java and Python, this background enables her to support clients operating at the intersection of law, media and technology. Tia holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Law, Bloomsbury, and completed the Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law and Business at the University of Law, Moorgate. She completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in 2025.
