Sean Ross is an articling student in the Toronto office of Marks & Clerk. He is a member of the Patent group, and his practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution.
Sean provides legal and patent-related expertise to a wide range of clients. This includes drafting and prosecuting applications in areas such as artificial intelligence, and data and connectivity.
Sean completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science with a specialization in software engineering from the University of Windsor, and his J.D. at Western University. During law school, he co-authored a research paper aimed at promoting provincial policy change regarding impaired driving penalties.
Sean spent the previous summer at Marks & Clerk as a summer student. Outside of work, he is a licensed private pilot, a former piano teacher, and a movie lover.
