Pauline is a Trade Mark and Design Associate who assists clients in all facets of their IP portfolios, from conducting trade mark clearance searches and handling prosecutions to advising on trade mark infringement. She regularly works with a diverse range of sectors including fashion and retail, food and drink as well as energy and environment.
Actively involved in the field of Intellectual Property since 2018, Pauline has gained several years of experience in an IP law firm in Luxembourg where she has crafted customised strategies for both local and international clients, effectively managing diverse brand portfolios that cater to various geographical and operational needs. Her expertise included negotiating with third parties, drafting IP-related contracts, and managing domain name litigation before the WIPO.
Earlier in her professional journey, Pauline participated in the Pan European Seal program for two years, gaining invaluable experience at both the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). These opportunities deepened her understanding of European intellectual property institutions, enabling her to provide clients with valuable insights and tailored guidance.
Pauline speaks French and English fluently and has a good proficiency in German.
Pauline graduated with a Master Degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Center of International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI- University of Strasbourg). She also obtained the CCDL in Luxembourg.
