Nina is a trade mark practitioner in the People's Republic of China (PRC), with experience in the PRC trade mark practice, including registration and protection, searching, assignments, licensing, renewal, change recordal, opposition, invalidation, cancellation, review of refusal, etc.

Nina graduated from Tianjin Foreign Studies University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Her working languages are English and Mandarin.

Nina joined the Beijing office of Marks & Clerk in September 2018. Before that, she was a trade mark assistant at another IP firm.
