Naomi joined Marks & Clerk in early 2021 and now serves as the firm’s International Corporate Communications Manager. In this role, she leads the development and execution of global corporate communications strategies, working closely with the Marketing & Business Development team to support the firm’s international growth and reputation. Naomi oversees external communications across key markets, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic priorities and brand values.
Before joining Marks & Clerk, Naomi spent six years in Hong Kong, most recently as a Director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, part of WPP, the world’s largest advertising and communications group. There, she delivered dynamic, strategic campaigns for a diverse portfolio of local, regional, and global clients including HSBC, Spotify, and Singapore Airlines.
Earlier in her career, Naomi worked at a boutique agency in Hong Kong, gaining extensive experience in corporate and crisis communications across Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam. Her clients included Estée Lauder Companies, Samsonite, and Global Brands Group. She also co-led crisis and media training sessions for senior executives alongside the agency’s CEO.
Prior to relocating to Asia, Naomi played a key role in executing public-facing strategies for Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry. She supported several high-profile engagements, including the London 2012 Olympic Games and Prince Harry’s U.S. tour for The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Naomi also held a role at News Corporation in London with Fox Interactive Media, focusing on social media, events, and marketing.
