Megan is an Associate and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney based in Birmingham. She joined Marks & Clerk in 2017 and qualified in August 2021.

She advises on the registration, protection, enforcement and management of UK and international trade marks across a range of sectors, including automotive, food and drink, fashion and manufacturing. Her work covers the full lifecycle of trade mark portfolios, providing clear and commercially focused guidance to support clients’ brand strategies.

Megan has experience in developing anti-counterfeiting and online brand enforcement strategies, helping clients safeguard their reputation and maintain control of their intellectual property in both physical and digital environments. She also advises on the protection and enforcement of registered and unregistered design rights, supporting clients seeking to strengthen and expand their IP portfolios.

She holds a first-class LLB from the University of Kent and is also actively involved in IP Inclusive, serving on its Advisory Board and on the committee for IP Ability.
