Mari is an Associate in the Life Sciences team, with a particular focus on patent litigation in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Mari advises clients in actions at the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Unified Patent Court (Central and Local Divisions) and has significant experience acting in multi-jurisdictional disputes, co-ordinating and working with litigation teams in Europe (including in EPO opposition proceedings), North America and Australia.
Mari has experience in some of the most technically complex patent disputes. Her degree in genetics, alongside her patent litigation experience, means Mari has developed a thorough understanding of both the technical and commercial world in which her clients operate.

Outside of work Mari enjoys travelling with her family and exploring the Welsh countryside with her dog.
