Louisa is a Trainee Patent Attorney in the Electronics and Software team, based in the Oxford office. She supports clients with the drafting and prosecution of patent applications, with a particular focus on European filings in the artificial intelligence sector.
She also assists clients active in a range of technology‑driven sectors and contributes to patent matters for organisations of varying sizes, from early‑stage businesses to multinational companies.
Alongside her client work, Louisa represents fellow trainees as a member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) Informals Committee. She holds a First Class Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham, where she gained research experience in gravitational wave astronomy.
