Katie has a degree in Law and Business. Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, she worked with an international law firm focusing on contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. Her practice included trade mark clearance searching, prosecution, transactional work, oppositions and cancellation actions, and trade mark portfolio management over multiple jurisdictions. In addition to her experience in the intellectual property field, Katie spent time working as an in-house legal officer for a Hong Kong listed company during which she gained valuable commercial experience in a broad range of disciplines, including company compliance and corporate transactions in China.

Katie is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
