Faith Chong is an Associate and Trade Mark Attorney based in Marks & Clerk's London office. She joined the firm as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney in 2022 and qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2025.

Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Faith worked as a paralegal at another firm of Trade Mark Attorneys.

Faith was awarded a Distinction in the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice from Nottingham Trent University in 2025 and a Merit in the Trade Mark Law and Practice Postgraduate Certificate from Queen Mary in 2024. She graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Law degree in 2020 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2021.
