Faith is a Registered and Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney based in our London office. She assists clients with the protection, prosecution, enforcement and maintenance of their trade mark rights, including advising on brand protection and filing strategies, clearance searches, prosecution of trade mark applications, oppositions, cancellation actions, settlement negotiations and portfolio management.

Faith is part of the Food & Drink sector group, as well as our Japan client team. She works with a broad range of clients across various industry sectors, including food & drink, fashion, retail, finance, IT, entertainment and life sciences. 

Faith joined Marks & Clerk as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney in 2022. She was awarded a Distinction having completed the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice at Nottingham Trent University in 2025, having previously completed the Trade Mark Law and Practice Postgraduate Certificate with Merit at Queen Mary in 2024. Faith graduated from the University of Leeds with a first class degree in Law in 2020 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2021.

Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Faith gained experience in trade marks working as a paralegal at a boutique trade mark firm in London.
