In 2023, Erin joined the Marks & Clerk team, stepping into the role of US Client Account Executive. Operating from Chicago, her primary focus lies in client care, acting as a vital bridge between our esteemed clients across the United States and our global network of Marks & Clerk offices.
With a track record spanning more than 13 years, Erin is passionate about client relationship management. Throughout her career, she has presided over the stewardship, retention, and ultimate success of multibillion-dollar clients and pivotal national key accounts spanning a diverse array of industries. This resulted in her being recognised as the ‘Top Relationship Manager of the Year’ on multiple occasions by a former employer.
In addition to her accomplishments in client relationship management, Erin brings a wealth of experience in operations and process optimisation. Prior to joining our team, she led US Operations for a Tech Start-Up in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space. Here, she embarked on a mission to conceive, actualize and refine an arsenal of both internal and customer-centric processes. Her dedication to streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency resulted in her achieving the Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
