Chris has over a decade of experience assisting clients with their IP needs. His practice focuses primarily on patent drafting, prosecution, and opinion work. He also assists with IP portfolio management and freedom to operate issues.
He has experience in diverse fields of technology, including oil and gas extraction and processing; wind and solar energy; electric and hybrid-electric vehicle powertrains; medical imaging; medical devices; nuclear physics; consumer appliances; educational products; architectural interiors and office furniture; injection molding; modular construction; aerospace; robotics and mechatronics; cannabis processing; digital image compression algorithms; encryption and authentication systems; online gaming; and mobile communication devices.
Before attending law school, Chris worked as an engineering consultant specializing in vertical transportation systems (elevators, escalators, and moving walks). While in law school, he spent a semester on exchange at the University of Hong Kong.
