Callum Cook is an Associate Patent Attorney in Marks & Clerk’s Engineering & Physics team, based in Glasgow. He supports clients across the Energy & Environment sector, with a practice focused on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in key jurisdictions, particularly Europe.
His work includes preparing and prosecuting international and national patent applications, undertaking freedom-to-operate analyses and conducting IP audits. He works with a broad range of clients, including individuals, start-ups, SMEs, universities and multinational organisations, providing practical support across the patent lifecycle.
Callum holds an MEng in Aero-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, where he graduated with distinction. His academic work included analysis of the UK suborbital rocket industry, reflecting his interest in aerospace technologies.
