Becky is a certified CITMA Paralegal and provides extensive support to the trade mark attorneys in all aspects of trade mark protection and enforcement, both domestically and abroad. She has been with Marks & Clerk for over 4 years, having previously obtained an honours degree in Law. Becky has a very thorough knowledge of M&C’s systems and processes.  She is also very knowledgeable about particular areas of trade mark law, including trade mark filings, formalities and recordal projects. Becky is a member of M&C’s dedicated anti-counterfeiting team, providing support in all aspects of customs monitoring and enforcement.
