Her work includes patent searching, drafting and prosecution, oppositions, and advising on validity and infringement, with a key focus on practice before the UK and European patent offices. She has developed particularly strong experience in the prosecution of European patent applications before the European Patent Office, enabling her to provide clear, strategic guidance through this process.
Annabel holds an MPhys in Physics from the University of Manchester and is qualified as a European Patent Attorney, Chartered Patent Attorney (UK), and UPC Representative. Her technical expertise includes medical devices, power tools and semiconductor technologies, with additional experience in areas such as 3D printing.
