He specialises in in the pharmaceutical area but also has extensive experience in a range of other technical fields including bleach detergents, polymer chemistry, ceramics, battery technology, biotechnology, and food processing.

His practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications worldwide, as well as representing clients in opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office.
