Abbi is an intellectual property solicitor specialising in complex patent litigation. She has acted on large scale, multi jurisdictional patent disputes before the UK High Court, the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and national courts across Europe.

With a strong academic foundation in biological sciences, she provides technically informed support across the life sciences, chemistry, and medical technologies sectors, ensuring clients benefit from both legal and scientific insight.

Abbi trained at a leading international law firm before joining Marks & Clerk in September 2024. She holds a first-class BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter (2017) and an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge (2020).
