On February 10th, from 12:00 - 1:30 pm (EDT), Canadian partner, Catherine (Cat) Lovrics, will be speaking at the Copyright Society's 2022 Virtual Midwinter Meeting.
Joined by her fellow peers in a session titled “International Perspectives on Intermediary Responsibility”, panellists will discuss international legal trends with respect to the role of and safe harbours for intermediaries when it comes to copyright infringement online.
The panel will discuss recent policy and legislative developments, as well as cases making their way through courts.
The Copyright Society of the USA, a non-profit organization established in 1953, is devoted to copyright law awareness and education.
