Marks & Clerk Canada is thrilled to announce that we have been named ‘Canada Firm of the Year’ at the Women in Business Law Americas Awards this year, hosted by Legal Benchmarking Group.
The annual awards were held last week in New York City and Marks & Clerk was represented by Cat (Catherine) Lovrics, Partner and Head of our Trademarks and Copyright practice and Amrita V. Singh, Partner and Co-chair of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
In addition to our recognition as a firm, three of our partners were shortlisted for individual awards:

North America Litigator of the Year – Amrita V. Singh
The Women in Business Law awards recognise and celebrate leading women in the legal profession, across various practice areas, and firms driving progress in female leadership. Finalists and winners are selected through a comprehensive evaluation process drawing on submissions, data and multiple factors including leadership and their commitment to championing diversity.
