As Tech Climbers launches its seventh Liverpool City Region list, we’re excited to once again stand alongside founders, ecosystem leaders and community partners who are shaping the future of the local tech landscape.
We invite tech founders, community initiatives and stakeholders to join us at the launch event on 10 February, where we’ll come together to reflect on the successes of the past year and explore the opportunities and challenges facing scaling tech businesses in 2026.
This initiative provides invaluable visibility and a supportive network that helps founders accelerate their growth journeys. Whether you’re a returning Tech Climber or considering entering for the first time, we’d love to see you there.

Our attendees
Mike is experienced in all aspects of trade mark, copyright and design work, including the filing and prosecution of UK, overseas and international trade mark and registered design applications, and advising on availability and conflicts.
Graeme Murray is a Registered and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (UK) with experience in advising individuals, companies and organisations from a diverse range of industries and professions on the selection, protection and exploitation of their brands and designs.
Gavin is a Chartered (UK) and European Patent Attorney with a background in physics. He has particular experience in the fields of optics, lasers, semiconductors, sensors and electromechanical devices.
Georgia specialises in patent matters relating to digital and emerging technologies, with a focus on artificial intelligence, image processing and quantum technologies.
Jeremy is a Trainee Patent Attorney working in the Manchester office as part of the Software & Electronics team. He graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He became UK foundation qualified in 2024.
