MARQUES Annual Conference 2025
The MARQUES 39th Annual Conference will be held in The Hague, Netherlands from 16-19 September 2025 and the focus will be "Brand changes in an international context".
This year’s conference sessions will cover a wide range of topics including: the impact of external factors on IP work; brands in international trade; the rise of sustainability; international jurisdiction in trademark litigation; brands in international M&A; brand revivals; and the latest CJEU and EU General Court case law.

Inès is a French “Conseil en Propriété Industrielle” and a Luxembourg Trademark & Design Attorney representing in Benelux, as well as an EUIPO Professional, active in Intellectual Property law since 2016. She also obtained the CCDL in Luxembourg. Inès advises clients from various industries and geographies, ranging from start-ups to multinational companies.
Hannah is an intellectual property lawyer who advises clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious IP issues primarily pertaining to trade marks, passing off, design rights and copyright matters.
