Managing freedom to operate for early stage start-ups
The aim of this workshop / seminar is to provide tech entrepreneurs and early stage start-ups with tips to manage freedom to operate, and in particular to make FTO risks manageable, when limited resources are available.
It will look at registered IP rights including patents, as well as FTO issues that might arise from previous research contracts, employments and collaborations.
