The online workshop will summarise the various kinds of IP - patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, confidential information etc.
It will provide:
- Guidance on how each form of IP is relevant to Digital Technology, including software
- Examples of common pitfalls that Digital Technology businesses should avoid
- Guidance on the value of IP as a commercial asset for Digital Technology businesses
- Guidance on how businesses in the Digital Technology space can implement an IP strategy
