INTA Leadership 2026
Marks & Clerk’s global team will be attending the International Trademark Association (INTA) Leadership Meeting taking place from November 17th to 20th in Phoenix, Arizona.
The invitation-only event will bring together current committee members, and committee chairs, vice chairs, and subcommittee chairs; current members of the Board of Directors and their counsel; Board Alumni; past presidents and past counsel; select project team participants; industry group members; and representatives from government intellectual property offices.
Our global team attending INTA Leadership includes: Canadian partners Cat (Catherine) Lovrics, Amrita V. Singh, and Michael O’Neill along with UK partner John Ferdinand.
We look forward to connecting with colleagues and industry peers, and discussing the opportunities to help drive the priorities of our global IP community.

Cat (Catherine) Lovrics is a Partner and Head of the firm’s trademark and copyright groups at Marks & Clerk Canada. Her practice focuses on trademarks, copyrights, personality, consumer products, publicity rights, marketing, advertising, and data and privacy law.
Michael is a Partner and lawyer in Marks & Clerk’s Ottawa office, and he is a member of the trademarks practice group in Canada.
Amrita is a partner at Marks & Clerk and Co-head of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in Canada, with significant expertise in intellectual property litigation.
John Ferdinand is a Registered and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (UK) and Office Managing Partner of Marks & Clerk’s Birmingham office.
