Dan is an intellectual property lawyer who advises clients on patents, trade marks, design rights and copyright matters.
Dan has been involved in multi-jurisdictional patent disputes across the telecommunications, pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. On the non-contentious side, Dan has been involved in drafting commercial contracts for the acquisition, sale and licensing of various intellectual property rights and has significant experience of IP due diligence during company acquisitions.
Dan graduated from the University of Durham in 2011 with a first class BSc in Physics. He then trained and qualified as a Solicitor at a major City firm before joining Marks & Clerk Law in November 2016.
Dan’s interests include skiing, rugby, food and travel.
