She draws on a background in physics, including a PhD in nanoscience, to engage confidently with mathematically and technically complex subject matter, bridging software and physical systems. Her experience spans frontier technologies including core AI, quantum device design and quantum firmware.

She has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting computer‑implemented inventions that sit close to the boundaries of excluded subject matter. She applies a strong understanding of UKIPO and EPO case law alongside practical prosecution strategies to address technical contribution objections. Her technical work covers core and applied AI, full‑stack software systems, classical and quantum processors, signal processing and communications protocols.
