Kimberley is a lawyer and licensed Canadian Trademark Agent at Marks & Clerk. Her practice focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.

Kimberley is licensed to practice law in Ontario (2020) and Jamaica (2010). She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies, a Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School, and a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation.

Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Kimberley was a trademark associate at a boutique Canadian trademark law firm.
