Jacqueline has over 20 years of experience in advising on trademark protection both in Hong Kong and internationally. Her practice encompasses all areas of trademark law, with a specific focus on trademark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, IP due diligence, and the commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights.
Throughout her career, Jacqueline has represented numerous local and international companies across diverse sectors, including entertainment and media, consumer goods, fashion, pharmaceuticals, and property development. In recognition of her expertise and contributions, she was promoted to Partner at Marks & Clerk in 2024.
Jacqueline graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Marks & Clerk as a Consultant in 2019, she gained valuable experience at several prestigious IP firms in Hong Kong. Additionally, Jacqueline serves as a Council Member and the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Trade Mark Practitioners, further underscoring her commitment to the field and her active involvement in the professional community.
Her fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin allows her to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, enhancing her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and provide tailored solutions in trademark protection.
