Claire joined Marks & Clerk in 2018, having joined the Intellectual Property industry in 2005. She completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary, University of London, before qualifying as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2013.

She is an active member of Marks & Clerk’s national Financial Services Leadership Team, and also the Food and Drinks Sector Group. Her practice covers a wide spread of sectors including food and drink, apparel, retail, MedTech, financial services and manufacturing, and she has extensive experience in the strategic planning of Trade Mark filing projects, assignments, and other recordals, as well as contentious actions and related negotiations.
