Oxford, 3rd October 2022. Leading intellectual property firm, Mark & Clerk, has relocated to new premises in Oxford, effective immediately.

The modern facility occupies a prime position a short distance from the central Oxford transport hub and the city centre facilities, and has also been designed to facilitate hybrid working.

“Oxford has long been recognised for the academic excellence of its universities, and as well as for its successful automotive, healthcare, bioscience and publishing sectors. To be co-located shoulder to shoulder with such home-grown talent is not only a privilege for us, but also a benefit to our Oxford based clients,” said Duncan White, Office Managing Partner, Marks & Clerk Oxford.

The firm’s Oxford office has been established since 1997 and its patent and trade mark attorneys work with a variety of companies and industries ranging from local start-ups and university spin-outs to industry-leading multinational organisations. The team offers a diverse range of industry experience and knowledge, and specialise in the fields of electronics, software (including AI and blockchain), telecommunications, photonics, bio-electronics, and energy (renewables, nuclear, and oil and gas).

New office address:

Marks & Clerk,
Second floor,
Wytham Court,
11, Westway,
Botley,
Oxford,
OX2 0JB
