1st June marks the first day of Pride month in many countries and communities around the world. The celebration of Pride is a moment to reinforce acceptance and equality, celebrate the advocacy work of the LGBTQ2IA+ community and the strides toward equality that have been made, learn more about LGBTQ2IA+ history, and raise awareness of the issues that continue to impact LGBTQ2IA+ communities around the world.

Marks & Clerk would like to take this opportunity to honour and express our solidarity with the LGBTQ2IA+ community globally and our commitment to action in support of diverse and inclusive workplaces throughout our network. As founding members of IP Inclusive in the United Kingdom, and supporters of LGBTQ2IA+ organizations and initiatives in Canada, we also firmly believe in ensuring that our IP professionals of the future reflect, encourage, embrace and sustain diverse and inclusive workforces.
