Marks & Clerk is proud to announce that Amrita V. Singh, a litigation partner in our firm’s Canadian offices, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Canadian Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section.
The Section acts as the Association’s voice on intellectual property law and legal practice issues, and does work relating to ownership, licensing, transfer and protection of intellectual property and related property rights in the Canadian context. It is also involved in providing input to improve practice before the Federal Courts, and participates in discussions with the Federal government, all while advocating for its members.
